In a sense I agree with you on the gravity question - that it will be seen to be simple to control. I do not agree that it will be a key to space exploration. Look how easy and cheap SpaceShip One got into low orbit space..... Anti-gravity will help get away from earth but some new form of propulsion will be needed to reach another star field. Further I disagree humanity should go deep into space at this time. The ones who seize control can't get along with their fellow humans and they are going to be nice to aliens? Not until humanity wakes up to who and what they are will they be ready to encounter really foreign cultures and mindsets. Part of what we are doing on this forum is sounding a tone that can become more of what we are, globally. There can be no awakening while living in the past, holding grudges centuries old, worshiping war, power and being 'right'. I believe humanity is on the cusp of waking up. Indeed many are doing this right now. More are coming online every day. The global cries for peace and to be let alone are mounting. Those involved in furthering peace, consideration and charity are getting busier. The world is rebuilding itself into what it is to become. And all this must mature before humanity dares tread on alien soil. All this points to what I've said many times before: Humanity needs Love much more than it needs Free Energy, really new technologies or confabs with aliens. |
