After writing this I was wondering about the One Mind we each have access to. You know there isn't one Mind that births and burns a star for billions of years and another mind that sits in a classroom and learns to sum 2+2. There is only One Mind doing all the stars and learning all the sums. The seeming difference is the little mind forgot it is an undifferentiated part of the One Universal Mind. The awakening taking place all around us is this little mind is beginning to remember this connection and understand this relationship. The little mind is individuated, seemingly cut off and isolated. "Each individual is, in reality, that manifestation of the indivdual's conception of the impelling force from within, whether it be termed or called God, Nature, Universal Forces, natural powers or what not." Cayce (900-234 ) The Whole Universal Mind (some call God) knows it is unlimited, universal, omnipotent and omnipresent. The seeming separate individual expression of this Whole Universal Mind is individuated consciousness (soul) learning it is a portion or expression of the Whole: "The gift of God to man is an INDIVIDUAL soul that he may be one WITH Him, and that may know itself to be one with Him and yet individual in itself, with the attributes OF the whole, yet NOT the whole." Cayce (262-11) If this all be true then to be "separated" from the One Whole Universal Mind is NOT a curse or misfortune but a gift/blessing of incalculable worth. What has each of us done with our precious gift? |
