Many research findings remind us of Russell's paradigm in which there are two main forces or influences at work in everything. These being a tendency to centralize and a tendency to decentralize. The first he called "Life Force" which grows, densifies, prospers and intensifies while decentralization (radiation) is dissipation and death. We see these two forces in dynamic duality within tornadoes, hurricanes and like swirling motions. Human actions are of these two forces in varying degree. It stands to logic (and experience) that human consciousness does indeed effect "outside" circumstances by virtue of the degree of intensity of these two forces held in mind and, apparently, intent/will, etc. We experience Time, changing events and our perception stream within our Minds/Consciousnesses. Therefore Time is a human (egoic) creation and as such Time may be modulated (changed) as according to egoic/thinking is applied. IMHO.
The human mind, through intent/will, can and does "densify ether" or dissipate same. This is a prime tenent in SVP and at the root of some of the etheric phenomena demonstrated by diverse researchers and inventors. Events in a denser zone of ether unfold quicker while events in dispersed ether slow down. The universe and all it contains is Mind Stuff and the human mind is part of it all.
